Who we are

This service is run by sendwise ("sendwise", "we"). Contact: marcus@hellosendwise.com.

What sendwise does

You connect sendwise to your AI assistant. Your assistant prepares letters and sends them to us as a draft. When you approve a draft, we print the letters, add any gift you chose, and hand-deliver them to business addresses in Vilnius.

This is a beta

sendwise is still being tested. Features can change, things can break, and we may pause the service. Please don't rely on it for anything time-critical.

Your account and private link

Signing up gives you a private link that connects your AI assistant to your account. Anyone with that link can use your account and spend your balance, so keep it safe. If it leaks, replace it on your account page or contact us.

Balance and payments

You pay in advance by adding balance. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card details. Your balance is spent when you confirm an order. During the beta, your balance doesn't expire, and you can ask us to refund any unused balance to your original payment method. Prices are in euros, and any VAT due is shown at checkout or on your invoice.

Orders, cancelling and refunds

Drafts and previews are free. An order is placed only when you approve it. Our team reviews every order and may refuse any letter. You can cancel anything not yet printed, and we return its cost to your balance. If we refuse a letter or can't deliver it, we return its cost to your balance too.

Delivery

We aim to deliver within 2–4 business days of accepting an order, but this is a target rather than a promise.

Your responsibilities

AI assistants make mistakes, so check each draft before approving it. You are responsible for your letters and for the recipient details you send us. You agree to:

  • contact people only in a professional capacity, at business addresses, and only where you may lawfully do so;
  • not mislead recipients or pretend to be another person or company;
  • not send anything illegal, threatening, harassing or discriminatory;
  • stop contacting anyone who asks you to.

QR codes

Each letter carries a personal QR code. We tell you when it has been opened, and it leads to the link you choose.

Liability

We aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost deals or profits. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing here limits rights or liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms, and we'll tell you about important changes. You can stop using sendwise at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
